1. How do I place an order on your website?

  1. Browse our products and click “Add to Cart” on items you like.

  2. Review your cart by clicking the shopping cart icon in the top menu.

  3. Proceed to checkout and select your preferred payment method.

2. When will I receive my order?
Delivery Timeframe:

  • Dubai & Sharjah: 24–48 working hours

  • Other Emirates: 48–72 working hours

Processing Details:

  • Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday.

  • Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the next business day.

  • We do not process or ship orders on UAE public holidays.

3. Which regions do you ship to?
We ship to all Emirates across the UAE.

4. Can I track the status of my order?

  • Registered users: Check your order status in Dashboard → Orders.

  • Guest users: Use the Track My Order page and enter your order number.

5. How do I know that my order has been successfully received?
After submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order reference number and purchase details.

  • Registered users can also check their orders in their account dashboard.

  • If you don’t see the email, check your spam/junk folder.

6. Can I order without having an account?
Yes, you can place an order as a guest.
Creating an account makes it easier to track orders and manage your purchase history.

7. Can I cancel my order?

  • Registered users: Request cancellation from the My Orders section.

  • Guest users: Contact us with your order number to request cancellation.
