Delivery Timeframe:

Dubai & Sharjah: 24–48 working hours

Other Emirates: 48–72 working hours
Processing Details:

Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday.

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the next business day.

We do not process or ship orders on UAE public holidays.
3. Which regions do you ship to?
We ship to all Emirates across the UAE.
4. Can I track the status of my order?

Guest users: Use the Track My Order page and enter your order number.
5. How do I know that my order has been successfully received?
After submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order reference number and purchase details.

If you don’t see the email, check your spam/junk folder.

Yes, you can place an order as a guest.
