Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday).

You will be contacted if there is any unexpected delay in shipment. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation notification.

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or UAE public holidays.

Damaged or Lost Items

OSKITTECH F.Z.E is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit.

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Please file a claim directly with the courier company.

  • Keep all packaging materials and damaged goods as proof.

  • Inform us with full details so we can assist you where possible.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

⚠️ A 10% cancellation fee will apply to orders paid online and canceled after more than 24 hours from order submission.

Return & Refund Policy

The deadline for requesting a return or refund is 7 days from the date of purchase.

Our representative will arrange collection of the goods. If the returned items meet our return conditions, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 21 days for the refund process to be completed.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must have been purchased within the last 7 days.

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • The item must be in resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items that deteriorate rapidly or have expired

  • Items unsealed after delivery that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons

  • Items that have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Items purchased during sales or promotions are non-refundable, unless required by applicable law.
