1. Shipping Policy

  • All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • You will be contacted if there is any unexpected delay in shipment.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation notification.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or UAE public holidays.

Damaged or Lost Items

  • OSKITTECH F.Z.E is not liable for items damaged or lost during transit.

  • If your order arrives damaged:

    1. File a claim directly with the courier company.

    2. Keep all packaging materials and damaged goods as proof.

    3. Inform us with full details so we can assist where possible.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

  • ⚠️ A 10% cancellation fee applies to online payments canceled after 24 hours from order submission.

3. Return & Refund Policy

  • Return or refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

  • Our representative will arrange collection of goods.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Allow up to 21 days for the refund process.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Item purchased within the last 7 days

  • Item unused and in original packaging

  • Item in resalable condition

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items that deteriorate rapidly or have expired

  • Items unsealed after delivery that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons

  • Items inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Sale Items:

  • Only regular-priced items are refundable.

  • Sale or promotional items are non-refundable, unless required by law.
